The “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star uploaded a casual snap of herself in the kitchen, posing by a grouping of fruit. She told fans she was going on a one-month fast after binge eating during self-quarantine.
“The face you make when you just started another 30 day fast cause yo ass ate too much during quarantine ,” Frost captioned the photo.
Instagram users insisted that the mother of two looked “fabulous” and didn’t need to fast at all. One person wrote, “I wish my “ate too much during quarantine” looked like your “ate too much during quarantine” .”
Someone else quipped, “Girl bye…if you saw the COVID20 I gained you would realize just how good you look right now.”
Another person wrote, “Girl go sit down somewhere ain’t nothing wrong wit you. You look fabulous!” while one more added, “Fast fo what? Sister you Still a Badd One teller dont get it Twisted.”
Frost is no stranger to health and fitness.
She believes in eating clean. When speaking about her Rasheeda Fit fitness videos to Forbes in 2018, the “LHHATL” star indicated that exercise was an essential part of her life.
“Take my exercise video, I get so much pleasure and gratification from working out and being healthy has always been a part of my life,” she said. “I was a gymnast as a young girl and played basketball throughout high school. It’s easy to be active when you’re young. But it’s an uphill battle when you start having kids and seeing that weight is falling on you a little differently and staying on a little longer. I’m on TV, so I always want to look my best. I am helping people take care of themselves while I take care of myself.”
Frost is more determined than ever to whip her body back into shape.
On June 16, she posted a video of her rigorous at-home fitness routine. She admitted to slacking off with her workouts amid the pandemic and set a goal to drop 10 pounds.
“I can’t lie I slacked a lot during quarantine now I have to work extra hard to loose these extra pounds so I’m up & at it,” Frost wrote. “I’m determined to drop at least 10 more pounds! #teamgetfit #letsgo.”
