The 32-year-old VH1 star is expecting her second child and first daughter with co-star and husband Safaree Samuels.
Mena recently strutted a fierce walk in New York while carrying her baby girl, rocking a white dress and patterned hat from Fashion Nova. She paired her look with silver hoops, a black handbag, black thigh-high leather boots, and a white fur coat.
“Because you can’t face tune video dress & hat @fashionnova,” Mena wrote for the caption this past weekend.
Fans took to the reality diva’s comments to compliment her stylish pregnancy look.
“You look so stunning omg, happy new year gorgeous can’t wait to meet your little princess. .”
“The hottest pregnant woman ever! .”
“Beautiful mommy to be .”
“You have been your whole pregnancy.”
“You slayed your pregnancy .”
“Gorgeous the pregnancy slayer .”
“You killing it sis making pregnancy look easy and beautiful.”
The majority of comments applauded Mena for her effortless pregnancy style. However, some fans questioned the reality star on the due date of her baby girl.
“Girl, you ain had this baby yet?! Damn…. I’m tired for you sis!!!”
“When u having that baby? Gosh, u been prego 4ever.”
“I can’t believe you still pregnant .”
“Can you have that baby already!!”
Fan speculation of the reality star’s pregnancy began in July, so her and Samuels’ baby girl could be arriving in April.
However, if baby Samuels was conceived in April 2019, the couple’s daughter could come in the next few weeks in January.
While most fans discussed Mena’s pregnancy in the comments section, some social media users pleaded for the reality star to stop wearing fur.
“@iamerica_mena, can you please consider stop wearing fear one day and become vegan! Stop the torture and cruelty of animals just so you can flex a fur coat for an materialistic validation.”
“How many animals died cruelly for you to smile like that? I wish you’d wear faux fur your beautiful and don’t need dead innocent animal on you to look cute @iamerica_mena.”
There’s no clear evidence indicating Mena is rocking real fur in the weekend post. However, her husband Samuels is adamantly pro-fur, as he marched for his right to wear furs with several protesters outside of New York City Hall on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, on a day when temperatures reached 78 degrees in the Big Apple. The City Council was considering a ban on fur sales in the city at the time.
“Leave us alone! Stop picking on us. Our fur, our right!! Our choice, our right!!” he shouted while rocking a fur coat in a video posted by TMZ.
